EF 101 Physical Homework
Schedule
Physical homework lab periods will be held in Estabrook 111 on
Thursdays and Fridays during your regular scheduled lab period. Worksheets (below)
must be printed and reviewed before class and must be brought with you to your physical homework lab.

Grading
Grading will be on the basis of 10 points per lab. You will receive
full credit if you show up on time and participate. Grades
will be entered in the on-line gradebook within 24 hours of completion of
the session. It is your responsibility to review your grade. Any
discrepancy needs to be resolved within one week.
Points will be deducted
as
- Promptness
- 2-5 minutes late: -2 points
- 6-10 minutes late: -4 points
- 11-15 minutes late: -6 points
- 16 or more minutes late: no credit
- Prepardness, Participation
- Not bringing worksheet: -4 points
- Reading Beacon or other non-class material: -4 points
- Sleeping: no credit
- Points may also be deducted for non-participation at the discretion
of TA's and/or instructor
- Clean-up
- Not cleaning up work area at end of class: -1 point for each group member.
Absences
If you have to miss a physical homework,
you must promptly record the reason why you missed the session via the missed
PH web page.
At the end of the semester, your PH homework grades will be adjusted as follows:
- One absence.
Your missed grade will be dropped. You will be given credit for that class.
- Two or more absences.
One grade will be dropped. The other grade(s) will be adjusted as deemed appropriate by the instructor.
You will be given credit for one or more classes as deemed appropriate by the instructor.
